Everyone knows that vitamin D can be produced by the body by just simply having an exposure to the sun, but it does not mean that you have to be exposed always because too much sun exposure can damage your skin.

Vitamin C is also known to be an anti-aging vitamins because of its role in the body’s collagen synthesis. It can also prevent wrinkles.

Just like vitamin C, vitamin E also protects skin from sun damage. How it is being done? Well, vitamin E absorbs the harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun. There is so called photoprotection. Most of the doctors preferred to use creams that contain vitamin K for patients, especially to those who just undergone surgery. This simply shows as an explanation how vitamin K became useful. And obviously, it helps skin damages, wounds and bruised heal faster. But unlike vitamins C and E, vitamin K is more limited. Not most of the skin care products contain vitamin K.

Just like other vitamins, vitamins D, C, E and K are also essential. It plays an important role, especially for skin purposes. So, do not be hesitant to try products containing those vitamins because it will really help you a lot for taking good care of your skin.
