Dinner is probably the best meal of the day since you do not have anything to do right after taking it. Unlike breakfast when you have to go to work after it many people often skip it. Lunch is likely the same with breakfast after eating you go to your usual routine and work you often finish lunch with lighting fast since you have tons of things to do.

Well, here’s dinner. After a good eat¬†relax and watch some Netflix. Often you take this meal with family members which adds on how important it is. But, you should still take note on what you eat on time of the day.

Meat is tough to digest and espically during night time where you are less active your digestive system is on rest-mode so your body cannot properly grind this kind of food and will give you stomach problems like consipation and indigestion.

Study shows that eating spicy food before going to sleep will give you nightmares! That’s right, this is because spicy food is thought to increase brain activity and raises body metabolism. This is because spicy food increases body temperature.

Commonly you drink alcohol get some sleep but you should also be aware that drinking alcohol right before sleep often gives you hangover on the next day. Hangover includes vomiting and headaches! When you wake up in the middle of the night you won’t be able to get some sleep anymore.
